all the places I’d send friends in Menorca 🌊 📍 Me all the places I’d send friends in Menorca 🌊 📍 Menorca, Spain 🪨 Cala en Brut: no sand, just stairs and platforms carved into the rocks and the clearest water you’ve ever jumped into 🏝️ Cala Macarella: the postcard one. Go early, because by noon everyone else has seen the postcard too 💙 Macarelleta: a short hike from Macarella, smaller, and somehow even bluer 🏛 Ciutadella: the old town for wandering, dinner by the port, and gelato you’ll pretend you didn’t have twice 🌅 Cala en Porter: a quiet cove tucked between big cliffs 🍹 Cova d’en Xoroi: right above Cala en Porter, a bar built into a cliffside cave. Go for sunset, stay for one more drink 🏺 Cala Morell: prehistoric caves carved into the hillside next to a tiny swimming cove 🤍 Binibeca & Bambú Menorca: the whitewashed fishing village that looks like it belongs on a Greek island, plus Bambú for drinks nearby 🌴 Cala Galdana: the easy, everything-is-right-there beach for when you don’t feel like hiking to anything Rent a car, it’s bigger than expected, and accept that you’ll say “okay one more beach” at least four times a day 🫠 Save this for your Menorca trip - your highly underrated Spain island adventure
this side of Mallorca >> also PS I took all of th this side of Mallorca >> also PS I took all of these videos in October, yeah Mallorca is still this stunning in October ❤️🇪🇸 Everyone thinks of Mallorca as beach clubs and boat parties (fair, it does those very well), but head up into the mountains and it’s a completely different island. Stone villages, orange groves, winding roads with zero places to pull over for the photo you desperately want, and dreamy dinners that seem to last forever over wine and 10pm sunsets Where to go: 🏡 Deià for the cliffside sunsets 🍊 Sóller for orange everything (get the fresh juice, thank me later) 🌿 Valldemossa for the cobblestones and coca de patata Rent a car, but maybe let someone else drive the mountain roads 🫠
Potentially controversial opinion: the wine tent i Potentially controversial opinion: the wine tent is the best tent at Oktoberfest 🍷 📍 Weinzelt, Oktoberfest, Munich ok hear me out: 🍾 Wine comes by the bucket (yes, a whole bottle on ice for the table) 💃 Dancing on the tables is fully encouraged 🧀 Charcuterie boards instead of another half chicken 🌸 The cutest decor on the grounds, no contest 🌙 It stays open the latest, so when the beer tents shut down, everyone ends up here 🍸 There’s a nice patio with an outdoor bar for when you need some air (and a breather from the oompah band) And yes, they still serve beer, don’t worry, also we visited all the beer tents too & loved them… just not as much as the wine tent 🤣🤣 Save this for next year and send it to whoever’s going to argue with you about it 🥂
