Everyone’s obsessed with Hvar, but has anyone told Everyone’s obsessed with Hvar, but has anyone told you about Korčula? 👀🇭🇷 Croatia’s Dalmatian coast gets all the hype, and everyone’s fighting over Hvar and Dubrovnik — meanwhile Korčula is just sitting there entirely underrated, and a perfect combo of the two 🌊 A few reasons it deserves a spot on your Croatia itinerary: 🏛️ Korčula Old Town — a mini walled city on its own peninsula, giving Dubrovnik energy without the crowds (or the prices) 🍷 Wine country — this island is known for its native grape varieties, and the vineyards + wine tastings are seriously underrated 🏖️ Beaches without the chaos — the most insanely turquoise water, way fewer tour groups 🛶 Day trips — hop over to nearby islands or explore hidden coves by boat 🌅 Sunsets that rival Hvar’s — just with way more room to actually enjoy them If you want charming coastal Croatia minus the packed beach clubs, Korčula is it. 📌 Save this for your Croatia itinerary
If you’re dreaming about Lapland this winter, now If you’re dreaming about Lapland this winter, now is the time to book — and I genuinely mean that. ❄️☃️ The best stays (glass igloos, Arctic treehouses) and the most iconic experiences (husky sledding, private arctic spas) sell out months in advance. Wait until October and you will be scrambling. 🦌🐕 Here’s what the 7 dreamiest days in Lapland looks like: Days 1–3 → Levi — the best all-around base for a first Lapland trip. Husky sledding and a reindeer farm in one morning, a private outdoor arctic spa at sunset at Levi Foxfires, and a full day skiing or snowmobiling through the Arctic wilderness. The rooftop bar at Hotel Levi Panorama for that first Lapland sunset might be one of my favorite memories of the whole trip. Day 4 → Rovaniemi — stop at the Arctic Snowhotel on the way in (a hotel built entirely from ice, rebuilt every winter with a new theme — tour it even if you’re not staying), then check into the Arctic Treehouse Hotel. A fully glass-fronted treehouse in the Arctic wilderness. It was on my bucket list for years. Day 5 → Santa Claus Village + Glass Igloo — spend the morning at Santa’s Village then drive to Ranua for a night at Arctic Fox Igloos. Completely glass ceiling, private sauna, and the Northern Lights were on fire all night. Days 6–7 → Ruka — two of the most stunning national parks in Finland. Riisitunturi (the snow-covered trees look like a Dr. Seuss book, I’m not exaggerating) and Oulanka National Park with the Myllykoski Rapids. A Lapland winter trip was my bucket list trip for years. 72 hours in Budapest and I still didn’t want to le 72 hours in Budapest and I still didn’t want to leave. Budapest is effortlessly cool, endlessly fun & so stunning Here’s how I’d spend 3 days on my first visit ⬇️ Day 1 start with a free walking tour of Pest, lunch at New York Cafe (widely considered the most beautiful cafe in the world — the interior will stop you in your tracks), and an afternoon soaking in the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. End the night with a traditional Hungarian dinner near the stunning Budapest Opera House. Day 2 cross the Danube to the Buda side — Fisherman’s Bastion in the morning, Buda Castle and the Castle District after, and dinner at Aranybástya with the most insane views of the Parliament and Chain Bridge. Then finish the night at the Ruin Bars in the Jewish Quarter. Day 3 start slow with a ride on Tram 2 along the river (the views of Parliament from the tram are unreal), wander the Jewish Quarter for dinner, and end your trip the best possible way — a night cruise on the Danube. One hour, one drink in hand, Parliament lit up in front of you. Nothing beats it.
